Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the official Japan SNS accounts for Sky: Children of the Sky, including planning, scheduling, and posting of UGC content
  • •Plan and run Japan-focused online campaigns and community management, including responding to players and gathering feedback
  • •Conceptualize original content for Japan to attract new players, align with seasonal themes and platform nuances, and measure engagement
  • •Oversee UGC content in the community, implementing creative support initiatives and standardizing content release processes
  • •Manage KOL/KOC/Troupe activities, incentives, communications, evaluation criteria, and SOPs for content review; assist with offline event planning and SNS promotions

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of (overseas) official SNS account operation experience with prior collaboration with creators prioritized
  • •Excellent Japanese language skills and ability to craft posts for official accounts
  • •Strong project management and team communication abilities, able to drive decisions and standardize content publishing processes
  • •Deep understanding of SNS platforms (X/YouTube/Discord/LINE/TikTok, etc.) and familiarity with content that resonates with Japanese players, high sensitivity to UGC
  • •A deep familiarity with Sky: 星を紡ぐ子どもたち and the game experience
