Key Responsibilities

  • •Design MEP systems for buildings (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) to meet project requirements, codes, and standards.
  • •Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • •Coordinate MEP designs with architects and structural engineers for compatibility and integration.
  • •Support construction by reviewing shop drawings, conducting site inspections, and resolving MEP-related issues.
  • •Manage testing, balancing, and commissioning to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance requirements before occupancy.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3 years relevant experience in MEP engineering.
  • •Knowledge of MEP materials, site activities, and coordination/administration of MEP materials, systems, and shop drawings.
  • •Working knowledge of local authority regulations, applicable standards, and local market requirements.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office 2010 (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, and professionalism/registration as required for success in the role.
