Job Summary

Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned Allianz Benelux business units, translating business needs into people solutions. Collaborate with managers and HR Centers of Excellence to drive people strategies that improve employee engagement, organizational capability, and workforce evolution. Advise on organizational challenges, leadership, culture, and transformation, while supporting alignment and continuous improvement across HR services.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with assigned business units to address people challenges and translate business strategies into HR solutions.
•Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational challenges, redesigns, workforce evolution, leadership, culture, and transformation.
•Bridge business and HR to ensure alignment and buy-in for HR policies and initiatives.
•Collaborate with senior managers to support their development and enhance team management capabilities.
•Provide strategic workforce insights to senior leadership with HR data and Finance teams, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR services.

Key Requirements

•Experience in HR business partnering and change management.
•Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Expertise in talent management, performance management, workforce management, leadership development, and learning.
•Strong strategic thinking, communication, conceptual thinking, and interpersonal skills.
•Broad knowledge of HR domains and social legislation, with English proficiency and knowledge of Dutch and French.
