Job Summary

Draft and maintain Responsible Sourcing policies and supplier requirements, and manage sustainability content within HP’s supplier handbook. Lead an annual supplier training program and ensure effective delivery across suppliers. Partner with Global Product Compliance and Sustainability to keep supplier requirements current, and support due diligence compliance deliverables tied to regulations (e.g., CSDDD and Modern Slavery). Build relationships across procurement and stakeholders to champion Responsible Sourcing globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the annual update of Responsible Sourcing policies and work with senior staff to develop new policies as needed.
•Maintain and reflect a current list of supplier requirements in HP’s Supplier Handbook by partnering with Global Product Compliance and Sustainability.
•Develop and implement an annual supplier training program across all HP suppliers, collaborating on training content.
•Drive due diligence compliance deliverables prescribed by senior staff to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., CSDDD and Modern Slavery).
•Establish and coordinate working relationships with procurement and other stakeholders to support Responsible Sourcing across components, parts, and products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Rights, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
•Typically 2-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (or a related field), or an advanced degree with little/no work experience.
•Fluency in English (written and verbal).
•Experience related to ESG and Human Rights within supply chain or sustainability programs.
•Ability to support project management activities and training content development across stakeholders.
