Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting for Windows OS corruption/kernel issues, GPO inheritance/policy failures, and performance issues (handles/memory leaks).
  • •Investigate and resolve failures across DFS, DHCP, and DNS.
  • •Analyze system logs to identify root cause patterns and validate complex change implementations via pre/post checks.
  • •Manage server patching exceptions, remediation, and validation of patch failures.
  • •Execute recovery actions during incidents (service rebuilds, failed agent reinstalls, and event-log-based corrective actions) and lead incident communications while mentoring G4/G5 engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of Windows ecosystem experience.
  • •Strong expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NPS, and IIS fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper V environments.
  • •PowerShell scripting competence, including reading and modifying small scripts.
  • •MCSA certification required.
