Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB issues across architecture, performance, recovery, security, and related areas.
  • •Serve as an expert resource on standard methodologies for running MongoDB at scale and guide customers through troubleshooting.
  • •Partner with product management and development teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • •Contribute to internal projects, including building support tools for performance, benchmarking, and diagnostics.
  • •Share knowledge by documenting solutions, writing knowledge base articles, delivering training/workshops, and mentoring teammates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven systems engineering experience with strong troubleshooting and performance focus.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Linux performance, memory management, I/O tuning, security, networking, clusters, and configuration.
  • •Familiarity with core Kubernetes concepts, including containers, namespaces, custom resources, and multi-cluster deployments.
  • •Storage engineering experience with NAS, SAN, SSD, multi-pathing, and caching.
  • •Ability to read code and provide basic coding/scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby, C/C++, C#, JavaScript/node.js, Go).
