Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned corporate functions, aligning HR priorities to business goals and operating plans.
  • •Partner with leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, capability building, succession strategies, and headcount optimization.
  • •Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership pipeline strategies, and performance/leadership development coaching.
  • •Lead the people side of business change, including change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies.
  • •Use talent and workforce data to identify trends and translate insights into proactive HR strategies and measurable action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner leadership supporting corporate or functional client groups.
  • •Broad HRBP capability across organizational design, change management, talent planning, leadership coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
  • •Proven strategic thinking and the ability to translate functional priorities into talent and organization strategy.
  • •Expertise in employment law, employee relations, and policy knowledge.
  • •Strong people management skills, plus strong communication, facilitation, and consultative coaching abilities.
