Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a quality, proactive, cradle-to-grave claims service for public sector clients.
  • •Establish if cover is in place and record claims on the digital claims handling system.
  • •Investigate liability claims either from the desk or by instructing loss adjusters.
  • •Make the decision on liability and negotiate settlement of the claim.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal timescales and client SLAs; build relationships and support colleagues.
