Job Summary

Lead cross-functional aftermarket efforts for mature commercial engine programs, driving cost reduction, faster turn-around and improved shop throughput. Collaborate across CIPTs, Aftermarket, Spares, CTS and Program Office to align strategies, manage part strategies and mitigation plans, and provide leadership for MRO support, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery for PW4000/PW2000/V2500/F117 programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaboratively support the aftermarket strategy including part/module health, spares constraints, contract cost, and engine workscope changes
•Ensure cohesive and harmonized integration between CIPTs, Aftermarket Organization, Spares, CTS, ASE, PCE, and Program Office
•Identify plans and assess risks for mitigation actions and reporting into Program Office leadership, Aftermarket stakeholders, and Program Chief Engineer
•Develop rapid response to immediate program aftermarket needs
•Lead an integrated approach for part strategies to address top technical issues with design, inspection limits, and repair strategies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of prior relevant work experience or an Advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant Aerospace experience
•4+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple technical disciplines
•Travel less than 10%
•U.S. citizenship is required
•4+ years of experience with OCE product family or related aftermarket experience (preferred)
