Key Responsibilities

  • •Track, review, and input annual operating budgets, quarterly financial statements, annual financial audits, and required compliance reporting into internal data systems.
  • •Provide financial performance analysis, risk assessment support, operational performance analysis, and compliance monitoring for tax credit investments and loans.
  • •Interpret and input information into system data fields before analyzing performance and/or compliance.
  • •Coordinate communications, requests for information, and financial and operational reporting with customers, investment partners, and program stakeholders.
  • •Communicate financial, compliance, and operational performance to the Environmental Finance Asset Management team, including debt service coverage and variance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or Taxation, or equivalent work experience.
