Job Summary

Lead high-complexity networking managed services for client environments by proactively identifying and resolving incidents and problems, meeting SLA requirements, and analyzing root causes of critical events. Manage third-line escalations, ensure infrastructure is configured and operational using monitoring tools, and create knowledge articles. Coach and mentor junior engineers, support onsite technical and field engineering, and contribute to automation and operational improvement initiatives, including disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while ensuring SLA compliance.
•Investigate and escalate complex incidents to determine root causes and implement solutions for recurring and critical issues.
•Manage high-complexity tickets, perform thorough analyses, and investigate third-line support calls.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members to execute those tasks.
•Ensure client infrastructure is installed, tested, and operational using monitoring tools; respond to alerts, support onsite technical needs, and work with vendors for escalations.

Key Requirements

•Advanced proficiency with network and security technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches and access points.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), NAT, and troubleshooting ISP uplinks for dIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
•Advanced certifications in at least one or two of the listed technologies.
•Ability to plan and manage projects despite changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
