Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect the quality of work by each team member and identify vehicles that do not meet company standards.
  • •Communicate with detail line staff on quality expectations, production goals, and how to correct issues.
  • •Ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed; train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.
  • •Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed.
  • •Log vehicle information into the computer, photograph and stage vehicles per standards, maintain a clean/safe shop, and report incidents and equipment breakdowns to management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 22 hourly

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
  • •Able to safely drive a variety of make/model/sizes of vehicles.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications.
  • •Ability to safely maintain a clean and safe work environment while following shop procedures.
