Quality Assurance Coordinator

Ensure the Detail Shop delivers “First Time Right” quality by inspecting work, identifying vehicles that don’t meet standards, and coaching detailers on proper techniques and standard operating procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for the detail line regarding quality and production goals, assist with detail tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and accurately log, photograph, stage, and prepare vehicles and inventory reports.
