Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the complete pre-boarding and onboarding journey, including employment contracts, visa coordination, documentation, and orientation.
  • •Be the first point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • •Handle employee relations issues professionally and fairly, including workplace concerns, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
  • •Support managers with day-to-day people operations and workforce planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and internal HR policies, coordinate HR documentation, and maintain accurate employee records. (Payroll support included.)

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi National.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or a similar people-focused role.
  • •Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills to build trust across the organization.
