Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, construct, and manage robust data pipelines for training, validation, and continuous retraining of Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) and agentic frameworks.
  • •Develop, implement, and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms, defining metrics to ensure performance aligns with product objectives.
  • •Lead data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering from large-scale datasets to optimize LQM performance and predictive accuracy.
  • •Analyze model behavior, performance, and failure modes; tune hyper-parameters and optimize architecture for production efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and SWEs to translate business objectives into ML development and deployment roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • •8+ years of postgraduate experience in software development
  • •Strong expertise in Python (including PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, NumPy, Pandas)
  • •Experience developing highly-available, performant, scalable ML systems and large-scale data processing pipelines
