Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day cash management and payment execution for Mogo Kenya, including reconciling balances and flagging discrepancies.
  • •Automate and improve cash/payment flows and strengthen financial controls around them.
  • •Build dashboards and analyses to surface cost and process-optimization opportunities across operations.
  • •Support financial control activities including production of P&L, balance sheet, and portfolio analytics, plus inter-company recharge schedules and forecasting inputs.
  • •Assist fundraising and investor relations by preparing deal analyses/presentations, maintaining data rooms, and supporting covenant tracking and investor reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • •Up to 2 years of experience (or an internship) in finance, treasury, audit, FP&A, data analytics, or a related field.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, clean model/report structuring).
  • •Ability to write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and aggregate data.
  • •Comfortable using Python (e.g., pandas) for data cleaning, analysis, and basic automation; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
