Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant flight avionics experience with electrical hardware development, subsystems, systems engineering, and/or requirement validation.
  • •Experience in developing RF electrical subsystems, radar hardware, or RF seeker architectures.
  • •Experience in subsystem or systems engineering, requirement development, and validation.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date, with U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Ability to manage thermal, electrical, and microwave physics dependencies and apply them to calibration work.
