Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide management team financial support and timely, accurate decision information.
  • •Deliver full-cycle project accounting support across the project life cycle, from proposals through contract closure.
  • •Perform EAC support and reporting/presentations to senior leadership in collaboration with business partners.
  • •Use Earned Value Management (EVM) to analyze monthly performance, cost variances, and recommend mitigation/action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in an operations-facing finance team as a business partner to operational managers and executives.
  • •Ability to establish reporting processes and “reporting drumbeats” as a self-starter.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on driving business results.
  • •Business (financial) acumen and comfort working in a proactive, fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. (Qualified Accountant and/or experience with CSPR and EVM tools are preferred.)
