Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities while delivering exemplary customer service.
  • •Manage retail operations: inventory, ensure adherence to Pandora procedures, organize and rotate staff to optimize sales, monitor performance, and handle security.
  • •Be responsible for the store’s smooth operation in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • •Maintain a strong on-ground presence to influence sales and positively engage with customers in a live environment.
  • •Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed and act as a brand ambassador for Pandora in-store.
