Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Georgetown

Drive store sales by creating an authentic guest experience grounded in product education and ALO’s community and culture. You’ll help lead and execute ALO’s Flow initiatives, exceed sales goals, maintain an engaging sales floor, and build daily client relationships. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports and deliver results, ensure proper front- and back-of-house procedures, support merchandising and replenishment, and quickly resolve guest needs.
