Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with Construction Project Managers on major megaprojects to ensure scope capture and rapid executive decision-making.
  • •Serve as connective tissue between business lines and Design & Construction by running recurring stakeholder meetings and enforcing critical-path deadlines.
  • •Build cost/timing analyses and breakeven-style models to frame executive-level decisions and validate operational requirements early.
  • •Develop Design & Construction tooling and analytics, including financial dashboards, approval flows, and improvements based on real estate/construction software data.
  • •Own site turnovers by driving construction punchlists to zero and ensuring facilities are integrated with production and other critical systems.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a business analyst role (or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience in Design & Construction, or ability to ramp into the domain quickly.
  • •Strong analytical aptitude and ability to execute analyses in Excel and build clear problem frameworks.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives, leveraging PowerPoint for senior management updates.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
