Retail Operations Specialist

Support day-to-day retail operations for a growing fleet of stores by monitoring and resolving service tickets, maintenance requests, and supply needs. Serve as the primary contact for store operational questions, troubleshooting, and escalations. Build and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs), identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and implement improvements. Enable consistent deployments for new store openings and help optimize retail systems through automation and scalable workflows.
