Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for classrooms, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, audiovisual systems, and related user technologies.
  • •Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Logitech collaboration technologies, and other approved room systems.
  • •Assist with classroom technology validation, conference room readiness checks, functional testing, and UAT after maintenance, upgrades, or deployments.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting of displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, touch panels, conferencing systems, and other supported AV components.
  • •Respond to incidents and service requests, document activities and resolutions in the approved service management platform, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 28 - 31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in Information Technology, Audiovisual Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •1+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • •Foundational experience supporting classroom, conference room, collaboration, audiovisual, or endpoint technologies.
  • •Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • •Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services, with strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
