Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role, preferably in crypto/fintech/tech/e-commerce/mobile apps.
  • •Run end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • •Strong analytical skills to work confidently with data and make decisions.
  • •Demonstrate an ownership mindset and the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization; native Ukrainian with strong English and Russian communication skills.
