Job Summary

Own growth initiatives for Binance’s CIS market, combining user acquisition, lifecycle management, and reactivation campaigns. Design and execute data-driven experiments, launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns, and continuously identify gaps to improve performance. Monitor key growth metrics, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to drive measurable growth.

•Monitor key growth metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actions.
•Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role, preferably in crypto/fintech/tech/e-commerce/mobile apps.
•Run end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact.
•Strong analytical skills to work confidently with data and make decisions.
•Demonstrate an ownership mindset and the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization; native Ukrainian with strong English and Russian communication skills.
