Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and refine sequences of operation for facility mechanical systems that support optimization algorithms.
  • •Integrate AI advances into sequences of operation and standardize them into a coherent approach.
  • •Review mechanical and control drawings, sequences, and submittals to identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Analyze BAS trend data and system performance to validate assumptions, detect anomalies, and benchmark results before and after optimization.
  • •Support testing, validation, remote reviews, troubleshooting, and provide training and technical documentation for the operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of relevant HVAC engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.

  • •Deep understanding of engineering principles including thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer, refrigeration cycles, and building automation systems.
