Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify triggers for when deals require additional practice or domain input during scoping.
  • •Build product and industry overlay patterns, including discovery questions, scoping assumptions, roles/skills, risks, and SOW language/exclusions.
  • •Translate practice knowledge from SMEs into reusable scoping checklists, estimation factors, risk indicators, and delivery readiness checkpoints.
  • •Maintain the domain pattern library with up-to-date product-specific guidance, regulatory triggers, and reusable examples for field use.
  • •Improve estimation accuracy by surfacing domain-specific effort drivers and preventing common scoping misses for complex programs.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, enterprise architecture, solutioning, delivery leadership, or professional services, including 7+ years in Salesforce.
  • •Strong understanding of how Salesforce programs differ by cloud, industry, region, and customer maturity.
  • •Experience working across multiple Salesforce clouds or enterprise platforms.
  • •Experience shaping or reviewing complex scopes, estimates, SOWs, or delivery plans and identifying hidden effort drivers and delivery risks early.
  • •Ability to translate product/practice SME input into practical field guidance, with strong written communication and global collaboration experience.
