Business Controller

Serve as the finance steward for a manufacturing site, owning the accuracy of the income statement, balance sheet, and KPI reporting. Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor, lead plan-to-perform execution, and drive cost and inventory analysis. Manage internal and external audits, strengthen internal controls, and support risk management and compliance requirements. Also promote financial accountability through training and self-service BI reporting.
