Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze malfunctions and repair, rebuild, and maintain power equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, pumps, compressors, pneumatic tools, and tracked/wheeled vehicles.
  • •Operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects, dismantle and reassemble equipment, and examine parts for damage or excessive wear.
  • •Replace defective engines and subassemblies (e.g., transmissions) and test overhauled equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
  • •Weld broken parts and structural members; assist with cleaning and assembly/disassembly; repair and adjust mining machinery such as shovels and drilling/cutting machines.
  • •Perform work both indoors and outdoors with periodic overtime and exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.38 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. Army maintenance procedures and AR 750-1.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening and receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result.
  • •Ability to bring and use own tools; physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform pushing/pulling/carrying and bending tasks.
