Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and evolve the IT PMO by creating governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting for scalable project delivery.
  • •Provide executive visibility into project health, risks, resource needs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
  • •Oversee project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance to ensure investments align with business objectives.
  • •Establish and lead enterprise organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
  • •Direct go-live readiness and deployment success, including cutover activities, readiness assessments, contingency planning, transition-to-support, and post-launch stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or portfolios in complex business environments.
  • •Experience building, leading, or maturing a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • •Proven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives, including ERP, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs.
