Job Summary

Lead the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and enterprise organizational change management to ensure technology initiatives are delivered successfully from planning through go-live. Partner with executive leadership, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage project intake, portfolio governance, reporting, risks, budgets, and resource needs. Oversee deployment readiness and cutover activities, build change management capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise transformation programs, including ERP, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and evolve the IT PMO by creating governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting for scalable project delivery.
•Provide executive visibility into project health, risks, resource needs, budgets, and delivery milestones.
•Oversee project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance to ensure investments align with business objectives.
•Establish and lead enterprise organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
•Direct go-live readiness and deployment success, including cutover activities, readiness assessments, contingency planning, transition-to-support, and post-launch stabilization.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or portfolios in complex business environments.
•Experience building, leading, or maturing a Project Management Office (PMO).
•Proven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives, including ERP, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs.
•Experience leading organizational change management and business readiness efforts.
•Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
