Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the strategy process by preparing materials for strategy days, management meetings, and strategic discussions
  • •Conduct benchmarking and research on KI, SDV, OMS, and validation trends and compile decision-ready presentations and summaries
  • •Maintain KPI dashboards and management reports, tracking actions, risks, and milestones
  • •Support process standardization, digitalization, and automation; analyze operating data and performance metrics and create reports/visualizations
  • •Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, coordinate global communications, and maintain strategy documentation and status updates

Key Requirements

  • •Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., industrial engineering, industrial engineering production & logistics, business informatics, mechanical engineering focused on production engineering, mechatronics, computer science/information technology, or electrical engineering)
  • •Very good skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • •Very good English proficiency in speaking and writing
  • •Basic knowledge of Power BI and using AI tools
  • •Strong analytical skills and communication strength; proactive, structured, and independent working style
