Source and evaluate early-stage B2B technology startups across North America for an accelerator and early-stage fund. Manage inbound deal flow from initial screening through diligence to investment recommendations. Contribute to internal thesis work through market mapping, trend analysis, and white-space identification, partnering with Platform and Accelerator teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Source high-potential early-stage startups across North America using outbound sourcing, referrals, community engagement, and data tools.
•Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow from first screen to diligence and final investment recommendation.
•Build and maintain relationships with founders, operators, investors, and startup ecosystem players; represent the firm at events.
•Support internal thesis development through market mapping, trend analysis, and identifying white spaces.
•Collaborate with Platform and Accelerator teams to deliver a world-class experience for the founders they back.
