Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic territory; develop and execute high-growth account strategies for Taiwan enterprise and Hong Kong public sector, expanding footprint in code quality, security, and AI SDLC priorities.
  • •Advise C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, Heads of AppDev) on objectives to mature their DevOps foundations toward an AI-driven model.
  • •Identify, qualify, and close high-value software opportunities (USD 50K+) through complex RFP/RFI engagements and multi-year modernization programs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams (solution engineering, technical advisory, regional partners, product) to craft compelling technical proposals and drive adoption.
  • •Maintain domain mastery of AI SDLC trends, code governance, and security frameworks in highly regulated sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field
  • •8+ years of enterprise account management or business development experience selling to Taiwan public sector and Hong Kong public sector
  • •Proven track record in selling complex enterprise software, DevSecOps, AST, or DevOps lifecycle solutions
  • •Deep understanding of regulated government procurement processes and compliance in Taiwan/HK
  • •Fluent in English and Traditional Chinese/Mandarin, Cantonese a plus; strong communication with both technical and executive audiences
