Job Summary

Experienced software engineer responsible for building and operating high-traffic Identity Services at Adobe. Own features end-to-end, analyze performance, and ensure reliability at scale. Key Responsibilities

•Own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operation in production
•Investigate performance and availability across all layers of an n-tier application stack, identifying bottlenecks, latency outliers, and sources of degradation before they reach customers
•Develop high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code, whether implementing architectural improvements, adding features, writing tests, or fixing bugs
•Drive system health initiatives by analysing telemetry, profiling services under realistic load, and proposing improvements grounded in data
•Identify opportunities to improve resiliency at any layer of the stack by defining and adopting best practices, automating tests, injecting failure, and finding vulnerabilities before our customers do

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of practical experience developing and operating production services
•Strong experience developing applications in Java or Kotlin
•Proven track record designing and implementing online services that operate at scale
•Deep knowledge of system scalability, availability, and performance, with hands-on experience diagnosing real production issues
•Strong full-stack troubleshooting skills, including networking, operating systems (Linux), and DNS, with the ability to debug cloud-based services end to end
