Manage the implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, availability, and scalability. Oversee network (LAN/WAN/wireless), server infrastructure, virtualization and cloud services, and storage with backup and disaster recovery. Monitor performance, capacity, and security, lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap planning, and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Lead infrastructure teams, manage budgets and delivery timelines, and enforce standards using frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 20000.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals.
•Oversee network infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance (LAN, WAN, wireless) to ensure high availability and reliability.
•Manage deployment and maintenance of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud services supporting business applications.
•Lead storage infrastructure administration, including backup and disaster recovery and data management practices.
