Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct inspections and dimensional, visual, and/or functional tests of manufacturing processes and received components against current specifications (Drawings, EBOM, Material Standard, Test Spec, manufacturing instructions).
  • •Ensure correct evaluation and disposition of nonconforming material identified in production lines or the receiving inspection area.
  • •Validate rejections of components, sub-assemblies, and/or finished products.
  • •For incoming technicians: perform transactions in AS400 and Wisper (if applicable), place nonconforming material into the HOLD cage per receiving inspection procedure, and maintain inspection records.
  • •Generate DMRs to suppliers documenting nonconformities in Wisper and notify suppliers; assist operations technicians with correct materials/assembly, audits, final audit tests, and train personnel on sorting nonconforming material.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete one of the minimum education options: Technical Bachelor in Electronics/Electricity/Mechanics, engineering university student with at least 85 approved credits, or 250 study hours in Electronics/Electricity/Mechanics/Quality.
  • •Basic English knowledge.
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Preferable technical knowledge such as Quality Technician certification and Technical Drawing.
  • •1 year of experience in the manufacturing area.
