Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, define functions, implement, test, and provide go-live support for smart logistics centers or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • •Continuously review and improve logistics operation processes (receiving, shelving, picking, packaging, shipping) to enhance accuracy and speed.
  • •Monitor KPIs (order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, inventory turnover) and analyze logistics data to optimize decisions.
  • •Collaborate with sales, suppliers, IT, and warehouse operations to drive supply chain optimization projects and resolve abnormal logistics situations.
  • •Plan for automated equipment and automation technologies (e.g., automated picking systems, handling robots) to save labor costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher with strong emphasis on industrial engineering, information management, business administration or logistics-related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in software development for warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management.
  • •Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
