Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive effective Quarterly Execution Planning (QEP) with Jira Align as the single source of truth.
  • •Facilitate prioritization of epics and features aligned to program OKRs and workforce capacity.
  • •Manage program financials (budget, forecast, actuals) and produce documentation for approvals to spend.
  • •Ensure adherence to Visa Agile Management Methodology (AM2) and key controls; report program progress and financial status.
  • •Act as a coach to scrum teams, support agile transformation, and leverage GenAI tools for PLM/SDLC enablement while tracking metrics and coordinating ceremonies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years with no degree requirement.
  • •Experience with Lean-Agile methodologies, release management, and technology/product program management.
  • •Experience partnering across cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives.
  • •Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira Align (and related tools like Jira, Rally).
