Job Summary

Join the ICT & Security team to support the design and management of integrated communication technology and security solutions. You’ll assist with ICT system design and implementation (structured cabling, active networks, WLAN, IPTV, audio-visual, video conferencing, intercoms), help develop and integrate security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder and perimeter detection), and contribute to site assessments and technical documentation with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the design and implementation of ICT systems including structured cabling, active networks, WLAN, IPTV, audio-visual systems, video conferencing, and intercoms.
•Assist in developing and integrating security systems such as CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, perimeter intrusion detection, and Type 1A security alarm systems.
•Assist with site assessments and support the installation and testing of ICT and security systems.
•Contribute to technical specifications, proposals, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.
•Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to help achieve project objectives.

Key Requirements

•Be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with electives in Security, Networking or Telecommunication.
•Have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying (student and graduate visas are accepted).
•Be able to work full-time hours from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027.
•Bring strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
•Apply your studies in a professional environment with adaptability and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
