CRM Lead Coordinator to drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance within Audemars Piguet's Commercial team. You’ll manage CRM data, develop strategies to boost engagement and retention, analyze customer insights to support sales initiatives, monitor system performance, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design targeted campaigns for segmentation-driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
•Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
•Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives.
•Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in CRM department.
•Salesforce program knowledge.
•Working experience in sales/commercial/retail more than 2 years.
•Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are mandatory.
•Ability to handle a complex, multifaced role under pressure.
