Job Summary

Lead a team of relationship managers to deliver premier banking services to high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Own Premier and Premier Elite client relationship management, drive revenue growth through wealth management solutions, and identify cross-sell opportunities to increase AUM. Manage and develop the Premier Sales team to achieve WEM targets, while upholding customer-first service standards, Shariah-compliant practices, risk controls, and operational excellence across branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute action plans to acquire new Premier and Premier Elite customers and grow customer relationships.
•Manage the Premier and Premier Elite customer portfolio with personalised banking and wealth management solutions.
•Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and contribute to branch business and bottom line aligned with wealth management strategy.
•Lead and manage the Premier Sales team to deliver Wealth Management (WEM) targets and improve sales staff performance and productivity.
•Ensure risk management, compliance, confidentiality, high-quality data input, and operational excellence across sales and service activities.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 to 5 years in a sales leadership role managing a wealth sales team with experience delivering a high service standard.
•Proven success managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
•Excellent commercial acumen along with leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
•Conversant in Shariah knowledge and competency, and able to uphold Shariah-compliant sales and service excellence.
•Added advantage: Certified Financial Planning (CFP), PreContract Examination (PCE) - Life & General Insurance, Federation of Investment Managers - Unit Trust, or Malaysian Takaful Association License (MTA).
