Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands alongside the social groups team.
  • •Fade prompts and support lasting independence, helping clients generalize across settings.
  • •Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside group work.
  • •Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship consistent with BACB standards.
  • •Partner with families to set meaningful goals extending beyond group time.

Key Requirements

  • •Active BCBA certification and active Michigan behavior analyst license (or eligibility).

  • •Availability for about ~3 evenings/week.
