Job Summary

Lead integrated planning for RTX’s major end-items, aligning production, schedules, and resources across functional teams. Drive decision-making via data analysis and simulations (Kinaxis), manage near- to mid-term plans, and identify/mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and other Functional customers.
•Interface with Factory Production Control Leads and Planners.
•Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories.
•Program Master Scheduler (exception message management, coordinate, create and enter MSALT changes).
•Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, operations, or analytics.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Experience planning, controlling and directing activities and resources.
