  • •Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with unions, federations, and paritariste organizations across relevant sectors.
  • •Map the ecosystem and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal, and branch levels.
  • •Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions to be a credible, consistent voice.
  • •Partner with Enterprise & Public Sector teams by briefing them on social partner context and identifying the right contacts within the commercial cycle.
  • •Create and maintain a knowledge library, implement processes and AI tools for better engagement and documentation, and provide market intelligence on social partners and competitors.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations through union organization, branch federation, paritariste institution, or external affairs roles at a mutuelle, IP, or insurer.
  • •Ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through representative experience or substantive engagement at federation level on the employer/state side.
  • •Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem, including branch agreements and confederal mandates, and how institutions function at each level.
  • •Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and discretion, able to represent Alan substantively while translating product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences.
