Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver consistent, best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Support the store team in achieving/exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
  • •Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; provide ongoing training, feedback, and development.
