Job Summary

Lead TikTok’s Agency Sales function across Latin America in a player-coach role, managing and mentoring Agency Partner Managers while owning strategic relationships with key agency partners. Drive revenue growth across the SMB agency segment, build pipeline for new agency acquisition, run executive reviews and QBRs, and develop agency education and certification programs. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers across the region, setting objectives, tracking KPIs, and providing feedback and development plans.
•Own team revenue targets for the SMB agency segment in LATAM, maintaining portfolio health while driving top-line growth.
•Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic agency partnerships and execute scaled engagement models to grow agency revenue efficiently.
•Build and run agency partnerships with C-level stakeholders, including executive business reviews (QBRs) and joint business planning.
•Develop and oversee agency education and certification programs, and represent TikTok externally at industry events while informing regional strategy.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or agency partnerships, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or management role.
•Deep knowledge of the LATAM agency ecosystem, including major independent agencies and decision-makers shaping client investment.
•Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and growing complex, multi-stakeholder agency relationships in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to coach and develop commercial talent and scale high-performing sales teams.
•High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English, with frequent communications with stakeholders in Spanish-speaking markets.
