Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the month-end and year-end close process across the full general ledger, including fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and account reconciliations
  • •Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, flux analyses, and management reports for executive leadership
  • •Support accurate external financial filings by ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
  • •Build and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX-ready infrastructure; lead the annual financial audit process
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, and partner cross-functionally across FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Wholesale, Tech, and Finance

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading accounting teams at a senior level
  • •CPA required; MBA a plus
  • •Deep expertise in general ledger accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting in a multi-entity environment
  • •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting standards, with ability to assess impacts and support technical positions
  • •Advanced ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred
