Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a current, forward-looking independent view of each client’s creditworthiness and communicate it to partners.
  • •Perform periodic deal reviews and monitoring, executing decisions to renew or modify deals.
  • •Partner with Credit Risk and Relationship Managers to actively manage bank exposure and interpret lending policy.
  • •Analyze financial statements and projections to assess and update risk ratings and identify emerging credit issues.
  • •Oversee underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions (e.g., renewals, amendments, waivers) and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in portfolio management or commercial banking, ideally in equipment finance.
