Job Summary

Build and operate developer infrastructure that helps engineers deliver high-quality features at scale. You’ll develop Cloud IDE, code hosting, large-scale build backends, and ultra high-QPS CI/CD systems, plus staging environments for TikTok, Ads, and Shopping. Work on high-volume, tightly secured systems and continuously tune core components to improve maintainability, automation, and business availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Build developer infrastructure including Cloud IDE, code hosting, large-scale build backends, and ultra high-QPS CI/CD systems for daily developer use.
•Create staging environments for TikTok, Ads, and Shopping so internal users can experiment with code changes.
•Address high-volume traffic and implement the tightest security controls for the systems you build.
•Continuously tune underlying core components to improve maintainability and automation.
•Ensure high availability of the business by improving infrastructure reliability and performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
•Experience working with Android/Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang.
•Experience with one or more of: private/public cloud, backend architecture, storage systems, databases, CI/CD systems, build infrastructure, or big data.
•AI applications development experience.
•Experience with technical leadership and collaborating while dealing with ambiguity.
