Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote sales for intravascular ultrasound, excimer laser ablation equipment, and consumables used in peripheral intervention, achieving annual intake and shipment targets and expanding market share.
  • •Implement the company’s market promotion strategy and support clinical experts (e.g., vascular surgery) in developing new interventional therapies.
  • •Create and execute clinical professional education plans, providing clinical technical support and product-related clinical training to customers.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key partners in the region through product training, technical support, and coordinated visits to support partner business development.
  • •Execute the company’s channel management strategy by managing distributors’ sales activities.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical, biomedical engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  • •6+ years of sales experience in the medical industry, with familiarity in cardiac/peripheral interventional therapies.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and proactively master relevant clinical product knowledge.
  • •Strong market development skills and good customer management, including distributor management experience.
  • •Willingness to travel about 50%.
