Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production stability by preventing production issues and improving application stability and availability.
  • •Track and manage incidents, changes, and problems for assigned applications; provide regular stakeholder updates on progress and SLA risks.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and log analysis, and coordinate with development/project teams for prioritization and fixes.
  • •Develop into a subject matter expert for assigned application domain and support systems projects, including planning, status reporting, specifications, and implementation.
  • •Ensure compliance with audit requirements (including change control and data security), coordinate with onsite/offshore managed services providers, and handle on-call support including weekends/after hours for high and critical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5–6+ years of application development/support experience using modern technical frameworks and architectures.
  • •Experience supporting multi-channel applications (web, mobile, API) and collaborating with external technology teams.
  • •Understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and/or other secure development methodologies.
  • •Experience working in Agile/XP environments and leading production stability efforts (incident/change/problem management).
  • •Experience with technologies such as Java/J2EE, cloud platforms (including Pivotal Cloud Foundry and Azure), and RESTful interfaces.
