•Manage a broad book of business with a focus on new business hunting (100% outbound).
•Collaborate with internal teams—including Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts—to align solutions with client needs.
•Stay current on solution offerings and competitive landscape to craft effective proposals and pricing strategies.
•Execute a systematic approach to contract negotiations and multi-account management to ensure win-win outcomes.
•Leverage curiosity and coachability to continuously improve performance and contribute to team success.

Key Requirements

•3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
•Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.

•Ability to manage a broad book of business and hunting new opportunities (100% outbound) with 30-35 clients currently managed.
•Strong business acumen and ability to understand client structures and dynamics, acting as a culture and team builder.
